My PAN card is damaged. How can I get a new pan card with the same pan number?

You can obtain another PAN card on payment of Rs.94/-. It is just like applying for a new PAN. It is called " Request for new PAN card or/and changes or correction in PAN data ". It is nothing but obtaining a duplicate PAN card with old PAN number. The proceduce is given in the NSDL web site. Read it.

You can submit the application in the form "Request for New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN data" in the following cases:

Request for New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN data means:

A] When you already have PAN but want a new PAN card,
B] When you want to make some changes or corrections in your existing PAN details.

You can find the application for change the PAN card... fill and get the print out of the acknowledgement no.
