Is my pay to little...?

I work in a cell phone Authorized Dealer & I get paid $5 commission for every cell phone I sell, $3 for every accessory I sell, and I don't know if that's too little or a rip-off. plus, pay is $20 either you sell or don't sell a cell phone. is that the right amount people that work in cell phone stores get paid? if not, what's the actual pay? (& I want honest answers, nothing childish, please. thank you!)

Is that $20 an hour or for the time you are there?

There is a minimum wage law so I can't see how they can not pay you for the hours worked.

Unless you are an excellent cell phone salesman you will probably not make minimum wage. You should find another job. Don't quit before finding another one though.

i think thats way too little if you're getting paid that much per day. if it were per hour, then yea thats pretty good pay. but regardless, u gotta do ur best to sell the most to get the most pay.

If it's 20 per hour, then I will gladly get the job. If it's 20 per day then I would look for something else. Is there a minimum wage law where you live? Check it out.
