the other day i wrote a check to a friend for her to cash.. 2-3 days ago... she said she cashed it but it still has yet to show up in my account... she said she took it to her moms store to get it cashed??? but it is in her name so could she even do that at a store? if so about how long does it take to show up in my account?

It depends on a lot of factors including what store the check was cashed and the procedures used there as well as the processing time of your bank. At this point I would say don't worry about it. Just leave the money in your bank account and wait for the check to post in a few more days.

5 days since the store needs to deposit into their business account then it gets sent to your account.
