i sold some stuff to an online stor ( Cex.com ) which is safe. ive done it before. and it gives you options on how you want to be paid. one of my options 3 weeks ago was paypal or check. i put paypal thinking it goes straight into your account. it normally takes them 5 days to send you the muney, or put it in your account. its been three weeks and i dont have it in my account. ivesent them numerous emails saying this and they say it was issued on the 12th. what is pay pal? what should i do.
