Name a bank that offers a secured card - my bank Suntrust doesn't?

I can't personally vouch for any of these, but these are all secured cards. Read the fine print very well because some secured cards are very expensive per year, and just to setup. If you can, I recommend using a trusted bank, Wells Fargo, US bank, etc..., as some of the others are a bit unethical. Also, make absolutely sure they report to all 3 credit bureaus (assuming you are looking to help your credit with a secured card).

I got my secured bank card from Bank of America. I paid annual fee of $29 and $100 deposit in savings account . They gave me credit limit $500.
