Need help with things with credit!?

okay so i tried checking my score from all three places but they were unable to do so. how come? now i can't go get a score for a long time right?

now i always get denied from credit card places it's like my 5th time in a month to get denied i want to establish credit without trying to get a secured card. so do anyone know the best way to do so but i have no credit and always get denied. how do they expect me to establish credit when i get denied. im 19 by the way.

so if you have any information please help thanks

You can't get a score, because you have no credit history.

Do you have a bank account? The best way to start a credit history is to make a small, short term (30 or 60 day) loan at your bank. Pay it off 1 day before the due date.

Also, start a savings account at the bank; put as much as you can afford into it every month for three months. Then make a loan against savings (the bank has no risk since you have more in savings than the loan amount) and pay it back within 30 days.

Do these loans more than once and you have a credit history. The banks will report your timely payoffs to the credit companies and you're in business.

One word of caution -- you must pay these loans off on the day due or 1 day before due date. If you are a day late, you screwed up and will not get a good report to the credit companies.

Good Luck!

All the answers I saw for you were great with one exception, you do have a credit file. If you've submitted applications using your social security number, you've got a file. The information you put on the application is submitted to the credit reporting agency that the creditor uses to get your score. This information includes your address, date of birth, and employer. The applications you submit are the primary method that the credit reporting agencies gather your place of employment. Try not to list different employers or addresses as this also sets of flags just like the multiple applications do. Also, follow the advise on the secured cards. Orchard has a very reasonable card. I think someone also mentioned first Premier, which is also good, just a little bit more expensive.

First....stop filling out applications for new credit...this act in of itself will damage your credit rating...especially 5 times in one month like you just did. This makes you look like you are desperate and your credit score will drop. Creditors view 18-21 year olds as extreme credit risks....sorry but you'll have to start with a secured credit card to start building your credit rating.

When more than 1 person checks your score in a month, it raises a red flag to the credit companies and anyone else who inquires about your score is denied. That's just the way it's set up. Wait a month and then apply to get a credit card again.

Probably your age - new laws prohibit giving credit to those under 21 without a co-signer or other ways around it.

well, i was the same as you, i'm also 19, what i did was i don't have credit but when i was 18, both my parents have credit, so i had asked my mom for her to have me on her account with captiol one, so what i did was i call capitol one with my mom, they will asked her if its okay for her to add me, but is she does, i have to share her account, so basically we both have the same amount of credit limit. so they added me. so when they did, i made charges and pay the monthly fee on time. so then while i was with them, i waited couple months and apply for other credit card. so i did. but to tell you if you have relative or family members who have good credit, try asking them to help you with it. asked them to put you on their line and just make sure you don't go over the limit with the card. as of right now i have 678 credit score, so i don't really get good credit card, but it's not to late to try. also if you want to know your credit score, you can try your bank if you have a bank. what i did was my bank have a 30 trail free for you to requested your credit score, so i had asked for my credit score online, and i recieved right then,, then i had call to cancel my plan before they charge me 8.89/monthly. so thats how i got my credit score

but i hope this help, and GOOD LUCK

best way to get your credit up it to get a firstpremer credit card
there is a fee for it and a monthly fee of like 20 dollars per month
and thats not counting what you got on your card ie you get 200 a month on that card you get 20 in gas you want to pay the card off
at the end of the month =40 that month or just the annual 20
and you will have 180 on your card and it's like 150 to start
best thing is use it for gas and send the money right out of your work check if you keep the card for a year and your not late on payment at all you will bring up you score and to get a copy 1 free per year
call the compeny then give them the info they need to id you as you
and 1 other way you can request a report from where you got denied

and yes more people that looks at your credit its like 2 to 5 point negitave (less score bad high score good, hope that helps
